Our Delivery Policy
Our on-line store is set up for UK orders only; if you wish to purchase from outside the UK, please email your requirements to email@example.com and we will advise accordingly.
Depending on the size of your order, we use the Royal Mail Second Class or Royal Mail Standard Parcels service. Wherever possible, we use letterbox friendly postal bags for coffee to save you money on postage costs and so you don’t have to wait on deliveries of small packages. We expect deliveries to arrive within 1 – 5 working days.
Our shipping costs are calculated by the total weight and size of your basket.
Our Returns Policy
You have a right under the UK Distance Selling Regulations to cancel the contract for purchase within seven working days of delivery. Please be aware that you will be responsible for the postage on returned items unless the product is found to be faulty or it was not ordered. We suggest you use a delivery method which requires signature on receipt.
Returned goods must be undamaged and unused and in the same condition in which they were delivered, including all packaging. We regret that we are unable to accept returned coffee if the packaging has been opened or tampered with in any way unless the product is of unsatisfactory quality.
When returning goods please include your name and address, invoice number, date goods received and the reason for the return. We will refund any payments as quickly as we can but certainly within 30 days. If the product is found to be faulty or one which you did not order we will refund in full, including any postage costs which you incurred in returning it to us.
